Kisha earned a Bachelors of Science in Politics and a Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy from Washington & Lee University. While at WLU, Kisha spearheaded the creation of the NAACP college chapter on campus. She was later selected to serve as the NAACP Youth and College Regional Advisor during her senior year. She held that position for another 5 years. Upon completing undergrad Kisha began her career within the U.S. Department of Justice - Civil Rights Division - Housing and Civil Enforcement. She later transitioned into a career in law enforcement with a focus on Intel. She also acquired her Masters in Business Administration, Masters of Science in Management, Masters in Intel Management.
Kisha firmly believes in creating generational wealth and that one essential way in doing so is through homeownership. As a real estate professional, Kisha believes in establishing trusting relationships, educating, and guiding clients through their home journey. Her attention to detail, her drive, and the desire to be of service to others are valuable assets to clients.
She actively volunteers in outreach efforts to feed the homeless, advocates for social justice, assist in hosting annual toy drive for children effected by childhood cancer, and serve as a Court Appointed Special Advocate in PG County. She also participates in USA Weightlifting competitions. She has a love for education, reading. and travel.
